My perfume oil leaked! What do I do?
Perfume oils will expand/contract in hot and cold weather - sort of like wood. To combat leakage, each bottle is wrapped at the cap/neck with tape which can be removed before first use. All bottles are slightly overfilled to account for a small amount of seepage during shipping! If the bottle wipes clean and still appears to be full, you have not lost more than a few drops. If you believe your bottle is faulty and is repeatedly leaking, feel free to send me an email which includes photographs of the area of concern!


My item arrived broken! What do I do?
No worries! Take several clear photos of the damage immediately, including a picture of the packaging, and be careful not to touch shattered glass without protection. Then, simply email me with those pictures and we will sort out a replacement for you!


I have an allergy/sensitive skin, what do I do?
Please message me if allergies are a concern. I have full allergen lists for all of my fragrances available upon request and can help troubleshoot sensitivities- but I am NOT a professional! Please always patch test skincare products before applying.


I never received my package, what should I do?
Please contact me using the contact form linked at the top of this page, or send me an email at shopsolexion@gmail.com! Sometimes, packages handled by USPS get lost, and I, as the shipper can submit a missing mail search through them. Sending in a contact request with your name and order number puts your order on my radar and allows me to quickly address all concerns.
